Top 100 companies produced 86% of drugs in 2004.

According to the statistics compiled by the Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association, the total production in 2004 was amounted to 10,452,600 million won, of which the top 100 companies produced 86.22% (9,012,300MW) compared to 86.5% in 2003, the top 20, 43.66% (4,563,800 MW) and the top 10, 27.43% (2,867,700 MW).
