Bukwan agreed to transfer technology of Clebutine.
Bukwang made a technical transfer agreement with American Pharmasset Inc. for Clebutine, a drug for B viral hepatitis, on June 24.
The agreement granted Pharmasset to distribute Clebutine in other countries except Asia, including North, Middle, South America, Europe, Caribbean and Israel at the 10 to 14% royalty on net sales, the total U$30 million including milestone payments.
