Sandoz being top generic drug maker by merger of Hexal.

Hexal Korea, the first import company of generic drugs in Korea, launched its business in January this year but will be soon renamed to Sandoz Korea probably around the 2nd half of this year since Novartis took over Hexal, a Germany generic drug company, in February and officially took an approval of its merger from EU at the end of May.
