The merger between two Japanese pharmaceutical organizations, Yamanouchi Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd and Fujisawa Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd, has formed the new commercial entity under the name Astellas Pharma Korea, Inc. in the domestic market, starting its full operations effective April 1st.
