One-Call, Total-Service Based KFDA Call Center Now Operational

The Korea Food and Drug Administration has recently announced its launching of the total service call center, effective December 23rd, in order to realize a higher level of efficiency in dealing with over 200,000 civil counseling and consultation requests per year.
