Along with the drug distribution reform project announced by the MOHW on Sept. 28, 1998, the insurance drug price (Reported price: officially permitted average ex-manufacturer's price to hospital) seems to be drastically changed to the system gearing to actual dealing prices to medical institutes in order for the balance between the actual dealing price and the reported price to be curtailed.
