Transfer of Pharmaceutical Wholesale Vendor Permit Regulations to Local Authorities

The 18-member Health & Welfare Committee of the National Assembly recently proposed amendments to the Korea Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, mainly focused on transferring permit approvals and cancellations of the pharmaceutical wholesale vendors from those in charge of major cities and states to local authorities.
