Domestic pharmaceutical firms put emphasis on print media ads

With protracted economy slump and sagging OTC sales, local drug makers have opted for advertisements in printed media instead of broadcasting, said the Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association.

The association noted in its quarterly report that of the 374 ads layouts screened, the printed media ads accounted for 73.5% (256 cases) in the January-September period, compared with 330 cases...
