SK Chemicals & Pharma said on November 24 that they have entered into a licensing and development agreement with LAB International Inc. in Turku, Finland, for Fentanyl Taifun, LAB's fast-acting Fentanyl formulation delivered using the company's approved Taifun dry powder inhaler platform.
