KFDA mulls manufacturing ban of general foods as tablets or capsules

The Korea Food and Drug Administration announced on November 19 its revised plan to ban the manufacturing/processing of all general foods (excluding health foods) in the forms of tablet or capsule, as part of efforts to enhance the public's health through good nutrition, including the appropriate use of dietary supplements.
