Pharmaceutical firms face damage suit over cold remedies

Recently, six Korean people filed a 500 million won damage suit against the government and some cold drug makers, claiming they had suffered side effects from medicines containing phenylpropanolamine (PPA), which allegedly cause hemorrhagic strokes.
