Drug wholesalers resolved to ask FTC to screen Zuellig unfair contract clauses

The Korea Drug Wholesalers Association said that it would submit to the Fair Trade Commission a joint petition of more 70 officers during the next week, as part of efforts to ask the FTC to screen its unfair transaction agreement clauses with Zuellig Korea.
