Pharmacy can be established in same hospital-located floor building

The Supreme Court awarded on July 29 that a pharmacist can establish a pharmacy in a same floor building where hospitals are located, provided that the new proprietor of pharmacy has not been suspected of any collusion with hospital or clinic.
