Pharmaceutical manufacturing firms preferring more recruitment of researchers

The Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association says that its member firms tend to employ more R&D personnel every year and the trend is expected to increase in the years to come.

In fact, the ratio of R&D personnel to total number of employees has been increasing from 6.49 percent in 1999 and further to 8.09 percent in 2003.
