It was found that a wholesaler supplied drugs at puffed prices to a retail pharmacy, which gave serious business damages. When the pharmacy legally claimed and rejected its credit payment, the wholesaler counter attacked the pharmacy by an interim arrest for the NHIC's payment to the retail pharmacy.
