Amlodipine camsylate comparable to amlodipine besylate in terms of efficacy and safety profiles

Hanmi Pharm said on June 24 that its amlodipine camsylate is comparable to Pfizer's Norvasc (amlodipine besylate) in terms of efficacy and safety profiles, adding that the former protects amlodipine from heat and moisture better than besylate salt, based on the clinical results collected from seven university hospitals in Korea.
