FTC to review Zuellig's contract.
Korea Pharmaceutical Wholesale Association (KPWA) earlier asked for the Fair Trade Commission to review Article 10 of Zuellig's distributor agreement whether it might be against the FTC's provision.
KPWA claimed on May 31 to the FTC that Article 10 of Zuellig's distributor agreement is not a fair clause but to exploit the business transaction by using their superior business position.
