KFDA took a tough position against the herbal drug quality certification by Herbal Drug Promotion Foundation as specified in the draft of the enforcement decree of the Herbal Drug Fostering Act, claiming that it be a KFDA's essential rights and violates against the government organization law, and therefore should be deleted.
