CJ Corporation to invest 32.0 billion won into Hanil Pharm

Hanil Pharm announced on April 13 that its board of directors will hold its special meeting on April 30 to resolve the expected investment of 32.0 billion won from CJ Consortium, saying that the investment will be made in the form of issuing new shares to redeem the liabilities.
