Trademark dispute over Mendamneo terminated

Boryung Pharm says that the trademark dispute touched off by U.S.-based Mentholatum Co. two years ago against over its own brand Mendamneo was substantially terminated.

Mentholatum Co. brought a complaint at the end of 2001against Boryung alleging that the latter's trademark might confuse local customers as its trademark Mentholatum, when Boryung began selling Mendamneo lotion.
