The MOHW set up the 5 major projects to be focused in 2004 on 1) the advancement of the health and medical system 2) the top graded health and medical industries 3) the internal substantiation of the social safety networks 4) the strengthened measures to cope with the low birth rate and the aging society, and 5) the NHI financial stabilization and National Pension fund management.
