Hanil Pharm seeking to normalize management

Hanil Pharm, which has been under composition from creditors, said on March 11 that it is now seeking for normalization of its business operation to shorten an earlier termination of the composition, as the company entered into an agreement with CJ Corporation and KDB & Partners, main creditor, who are willing to take side with issuance of new shares for Hanil's capital increase.
