Seoul Pharmaceutical Wholesale Association found wholesalers who were selling drugs by unqualified personnels according to the self-surveillance team who conducted inspections in several areas and prosecuted them including Bomoon dong, Kwangmyeong wholesalers located in Shiheung Kyonggi province and Lee Hyeong-ki pharmacy located in Baek Seok up, Yangju county, Kyonggi province.
