The Korea Food and Drug Administration approved on February 9 an additional indication of GSK's Seretide Diskus for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in addition to asthma medication that simultaneously treats both the underlying components of the diseases: inflammation and bronchoconstriction.
