The Fair Trade Commission (FTC) found that 35 drug companies and the KPMA violated Article 29, Para 1 of the Fair Trade Act (Restriction of resale price-keeping action), who enforced the supply of insurance drugs to medical institutes at certain specified prices. Article 29, Para 1 prohibits drug manufacturers to control drug prices for wholesalers.
