NIH to establish Disease Control Center.

The revised bill of the Quarantine Administration Act passed through the National Assembly on Dec. 29, which enables for the National Institute of Health to establish the Disease Control Center covering full responsibilities for the control of new epidemic diseases such as SARS, AIDS, measles and malaria as well as the recurring epidemic diseases.
