Rare disease patients to pay 20% less from new year.

Taking effect from Jan. 1, 2004 the ambulatory patients suffering from rare disorders like cancers, Parkinson's disease may pay 20% less than the previous year, which also includes dispensing charges too according to the revised ordinance of "Standard for Special Counting Patient's Own Partial Payments".
