Hanmi Pharm wins domestic patent on transgenic black goat

Hanmi Pharm said on December 23 it acquired the Korean patent relating to a black goat and its fertilized eggs for producing G-CSF from animal milk.

Hanmi officials said, "It is meaningful that Korea has fully acknowledged a broad scope of patent right involving commercially useful transgenic animals."
