NHI reimbursement review may appeal to HIRA.

Any appeals against the HIRA's review may be filed directly to the HIRA (Health Insurance Review Agency) starting from Jan. 1, 2004. The review claim is a provisional process of which a medical service provider raises questions to the HIRA when the HIRA's review over their medical service expenses and the propriety of its charges are not acceptable.
