GlaxoSmithKline Korea and Ilsung Pharm agreed to beef up their strategic alliance, as both companies executed a renewal agreement on December 18 to extend the exclusive marketing right of Augmentin granted to Ilsung Pharm by 10 years, including other new formulations of Augmentin (power for oral suspension, sustained release tablet), at Hotel Shilla.
