Pharmaceutical companies earnestly aiming to launch first generic versions

Pharmaceutical business source said that domestic leading major pharmaceutical firms are rushing to introduce the firs generic versions of major soon-to-be-expired drugs with hope of acquiring large share of the patented drugs' market, as the combined market size of glimepiride, risperidone, topiramate and cefditoren is expected to break a 100 billion barrier next year.
