KSC Sang-A Pharm closes M&A with Kyungnam Pharm

Korea Green Cross Sang-A, which became in 2001 an affiliated company of Korea Green Cross Corporation, said recently it completed the acquisition of a controlling 70-percent stake in Kyungnam Pharm, a medium-sized pharmaceutical company with a renowned brand vitamin C preparation "Lemona," by paying about 21.0 billion won.
