Drug wholesalers to mull supreme court appeal against SNU hospital.

The action of nullity filed by the drug wholesale community against Seoul National University (SNU) hospital for its tender representing act was rejected by the court. However, the drug wholesale community made a loud voice that the lawsuit should be further appealed to the supreme court because of the commission rate problems (0.9%) and their decision being already made.
