Strategic alliance between Hanil Pharm and BMS Korea hit snag

Hanil Pharm said on October 7 that it has discontinued the ongoing strategic negotiation with the U.S.-based BMS Korea due to some different terms and conditions existing between both parties, adding that the final decision is likely to be made available after the meeting next week.

So far, BMS Korea has denied its merger plan with potential Korean partners albeit rumors in the industry.
