KFDA formulates a guideline for nomenclature of new drugs

The Korea Food and Drug Administration has recently announced that as Korea is likely to create global new drugs within a couple of years, it formulated a guideline for unified nomenclature of new drugs including Korean nomenclature of imported items, as part of its efforts to avert any confusion over the existing drugs in terms of generic names and effectiveness.
