Korea's tuberculosis mortality is second rank in the world

The number of tuberculosis patients in Korea is 67.2 out of 100,000 people, 12 times higher than the United Stats and its mortality number is 6.8, which is the second highest in the world following Turkey, said a lawmaker during the parliamentary interpellation session to the National Institute of Heath on September 30.
