IMS Health made it clear over the Yakup press headline news titled "An upheaval sign in drug distribution communities over Zuellig issues" dated on Sept. 15 that IMS transmitted informations directly to Zuellig upon wholesaler's request instead of wholesaler's direct supplies to Zuellig, which should not be misunderstood as a representing business act for Zuellig.
