Spirulina emerging as next-generation health food in Korea

The Korea Nutrition Society held a recent six-year scientific symposium, titled "Spirulina and human health" under the sponsorship of ES Group in a bid to discuss the effectiveness and clinical trial results of Spirulina, which has been widely used around the world. A total of 500 representatives attended the symposium.
