Daewoong Pharm moving swiftly to extend its presence in domestic combined antidiabetic market

Reportedly, Daewoong Pharm has recently established its strategic alliance with Merck Korea for co-marketing of Glucovance, a novel oral glucose-lowering agent.

An official at Daewoong Pharm noted that unlike previous co-marketing agreement, it will make its independent marketing activities with a different brandname from Merck Korea's Glucovance.
