Pharmaceutical raw material exports declined in first half

Korea's pharmaceutical bulk exports posted minus growth in the first half of this year and the trend may not turn around this year without improvements in business conditions, which has been marred by state's tougher regulation on environments, major foreign exchange crisis in 1997-1998, fierce competition among local supplier, and price dumping by manufacturers from China and India.
