KGC Sang-A to acquire Kyungnam Pharm

The Korea Green Cross Sang-A Pharm said it has acquired 70 percent stake of Kyungnam Pharm for taking over the latter's managerial right and the remaining equities would be reserved to the existing Kyungnam's shareholders, adding that the acquisition fund would be financed by KGC Sang-A itself.
