Free dispensing and other illegal practices to watch closely.

The MOHW. upon strong requests from the medical community, will revise Article 21, para. 4 of the pharmaceutical affairs law to the effect that pharmacists are prohibited to dispense professional (prescription) as well as general (non-prescription) drugs without physician's prescriptions, and the pharmacist licence shall be cancelled if violate this dispensing obligation 3 times.
