Labeling and description of prescription drugs to be modified next year

The Korea Food and Drug Administration unveiled a plan to modify the present labeling and description of prescription drugs, in an effort to minimize the possible drug-dispensing-related accidents at pharmacy amid increasing prescription rates of ethical drugs in the wake of the oncoming system for separating doctors and pharmacy-prescribed drugs since 2001.
