New medical technology review organization to set up.

The MOHW is going to establish an organization for the new medical technology review along with the legislation of the related provisions to review its safety and efficacy, temporarily called "Authorizing standards for the new medical technologies" including the standards, process and responsible bodies for the technology review based on Article 54-2 of the Medical Services Act.
