Smaller package plan of prescription drugs expected to implement in early next year.

The Korea Food and Drug Administration said recently that from early next year the production of smaller package of prescription drugs is to be made compulsory on the part of local drug makers while prohibiting any subdivided selling of drugs by wholesalers after drawing up the relevant guidelines.
