Pharmacy chain firms face restructuring

Following the decision by SK Pharm to assign its whole pharmacy business to Helperlap and AKD, domestic drugstores, on June 15 after marking a meager 100 million won every month from this year, a major change in Korea's pharmacy chain industry will be in the making with related firms gearing up M&A and strategic alliances.
