Establishment and registration of pharmacy with non-pharmacist is not permitted

In response to the recent civil query that a pharmacist can establish a pharmacy with a non-pharmacist in partnership, the Ministry of Health and Welfare clarified that such business is deemed illegal, citing the provisions of Article 16 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law:

"No person other than a pharmacist or an oriental pharmacist shall establish a pharmacy."
