Non-compliance of duplicate prescription issuance to be penalized.

The current provision requires for physicians to issue a duplicate prescription, which, however, has not been complied. The MOHW is now therefore considering to enforce this provision with strict penalties in viewing to keep the balance of equity for other relevant provisions including the pharmaceutical affairs act.
