KPA to brace for tougher measures over reimbursable OTCs

The Korea Pharmaceutical Association said recently that it has opted for the license cancellation of some OTC products whose supplier prices at pharmacy are found to be higher than insurance-covered prices by resorting to a revision of the current enforcement regulations of the Korea Pharmaceutical Affairs Law in future, claiming that the majority of pharmacies were hit hard by these items.
