SNA college of pharmacy venture to tie up with Cheiljedang

Gingseng Science (Representative; Park Jung-il), a venture company affiliated to Seoul National Univ. College of Pharmacy set up a business tie-up with Cheil Jedang (President: Sohn Kyong-shik) on Feb. 1, allowing 10% shares of Gienseng Science (10 million won) for Cheil Jedang to get the optional rights for the distribution of new products.
